β β β β β Went in to chch store to return a top on the 13th September it is now the 23rd of September & I am still waiting for the refund, have rung the store, the " We will get back to you in 24 hours" Is total rubbish the 0800 number doesn't work. One has to wonder about the customer service. I certainly am not impressed with it.

β β β β β Have experienced very poor customer service here multiple times. The first time I was returning a faulty item and was treated like an idiot. Second time I was waiting at the door due to limited people being allowed in store. I mistook someone leaving for me being allowed in and was told to stay outside by the staff member in a very rude manner. I feel quite uncomfortable shopping here.

β β β β β Pretty disappointed in how I was treated when returning my leggings. Had only bought leggings one month ago and I noticed a part of the stitching was fluffy when I tried them on in the store, however I didnβt want to be picky and ask for another pair so purchased them. A couple of weeks in they start going more fluffy on all the stitching so clearly it is a faulty item. I return them and I explained that the stitching was fluffy when I purchased it and she accused me of lying! Then said if it was present when I purchased them then it was my fault for buying them and I should never have done that. Should the customer be blamed for a faulty item?? Not happy

β β β β β I have only had good experiences here until last week. I called the 0800 number as some stitching on my tights had come loose and they told me that if I take them into store, they can either repair or replace them for me. When I went into store, I told the lady about the tights and she said "what do you use the tights for" and I said for running and gym. I got a scolding in front of a long line of other customers because she said the tights I had were not for the gym and for running only. Sorry but if I am paying $155.00 for tights I would hope they are adequate for the gym and outside running. The lady kept telling me off about how I shouldn't have been using them at the gym and then I asked whether she could help me or not and she said that she would replace them (which was great because I was only expecting for them to be repaired). The lady also made a comment about the fact I purchased the tights online and not in store. When I left, I felt embarrassed and disheartened to go back and support that store again. Safe to say I won't be going back anytime soon.
