★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my Daughter in after an accidental fall where her tooth had been rammed up into the gum. she was briefly looked at, I wasn't told anything only to come back for an x-ray in 2-3 weeks. suffice to say I went down the road to another dentist for a second consult and x-ray that same day. In addition to this they didn't even file the ACC form I had filled out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend had two root canals removed and I did not feel a thing Dr Chin Tay made me feel comfortable to the point I had no idea he had pulled anything out I was booked in for an hour and 30 minutes I was done within 20 minutes thank you Dr Chin & staff will definitely be back and the plus side if you are with Southern Cross health insurance this is the place to go no need to stress or fill out claim forms just give your membership number and it’s all done ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the best dental experience I have ever had. Dr Rucastle was attentive, gentle and extremely patient and explanatory. He was honest in his opinion and provided comprehensive answers to every query I had with no hesitation. Most importantly his advice was well thought out and wonderfully genuine. A fantastic experience with a uniquely lovely Dr and Dental Assistant. Thank you so much for restoring my faith in your profession!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, the amount of times I have tried to ring/email this practice without any answer or reply. I just want to go to see the dentist. I am literally trying to spend my money.
I'd love to be proven that this practice is capable of the same consistent level of service I have previously experienced at the Quay St branch for many years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charlie Meade is absolutely fabulous doing a "Near Painless root canal"; after all the horror stories of "root canal", I was very worried (needn't have been). Charlie is a Kind Gentle Giant in his field. I also allowed Charlie to fix my other teeth which were in disrepair. Fully recommended from this CAB volunteer. I like,Oliver (in another review post) was told breathe through my nose; so as not to swallow any rubbish or water into the lungs & to not fog Charlie's glasses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first dental practice where I feel extremely comfortable. The service here is top tier and my favourite people here are Wendy and Dr Chin. Super welcoming from the beginning of my visit to the end. Highly recommend if you are looking for a good dental treatment!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to see Dr Chin, and he and his dental assistant did an amazing job at extracting my wisdom teeth. It was painless and comfortable and they explained everything I needed to know in great detail. I highly recommend this place, it is top quality and is affordable compared to most other places.
