★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here a few times for eye brow threading as it was cheaper than other places, but the price has since gone up. It was ok in the past always a hair or two I had to remove with the tweezers. But last week the lady cut my eyelid with her thread and I at first didn't think it wasn't too bad as accidents happen. But next day you could see the red swollen 2 bumps on my lid and been stinging all weekend and so not happy and will not go back there again either

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i'm so upset... i usually go here to get my eyebrows done and normally i get great eyebrows out of it, but today was awful! i told the lady to keep the thickness and the shape, and just to tidy it up but i look in the mirror to see that 3/4 of my eyebrow thickness is gone!! she only showed me my eyebrows after she finished threading them, and didn't even wipe off the excess eyebrow hairs or ask if she could apply the cooling cream after. i was extremely upset, i have never had something like this happen before at this place. i'm sorry, but i will not be going again.
i am extremely traumatised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here one time for full face threading, it was the worst experience with threading and customer service that I have ever had. The lady cut my eyelid and forehead with her thread and you could see the red swollen bumps on my lid and a lot of cut in my whole face but the lady rudely said it's because of my skin is so sensitive with no apologize so I cancelled going to my friend's birthday party and not happy and will not go back there again either
