★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had not the most pleasant experience unfortunately. I had lip filler done and when came back for "the second round" I mentioned to the staff that I probably would prefer a slightly different shape next time I am doing this.
The woman has gotten really upset with my honest feedback and questioned me if I liked her work. I said yes sure, I like but next time I would probably do it differently, you have a particular style but that just is not my preference. She then proceeded to question me by asking what do I mean I have a particular style, are you saying all my work looks the same?
Yes I guess that's what I meant, not the same but similar, aka "style". She then told me if I am not happy with her work, I can leave (without getting the rest of the filler I already paid for obviously).
The situation has got really uncomfortable at this point and honestly I just wanted to get this done and over with and leave.
I do not recommend this place, customer service was one of the worst I ever encountered. Also, I then heard from another injector that they are not supposed to leave already opened products sit for weeks to do a second round, not sure if it is true, it makes sense, but do your research.

After working in the industry myself for nearly 8 years and experiencing being a patient myself, I have an understanding of both treating clients and being a client; I can say Luxe Appearance offers only the highest standards.
The ladies are always welcoming. You feel like more of a friend than a client. I feel relaxed and comfortable, without worrying about being judged or feeling pressured.
Sarah, the director and their Appearance Medicine Nurse delivers some of the best injectable results I have received. She is diligent, ensuring you feel confident with the procedure and offers almost painless injections. She creates a relaxing environment, takes her time and talks with you to ensure you are happy with each step of the process.
I personally dislike any form of injections and I know the idea can sound scary to others. However, rest assured Sarah will remove any fear of needles you may have. Sarah works with you as a client, listening to your desires as well as giving her professional opinion of what will give the best outcome for you. She also makes each treatment personal, taking the time to sit down and genuinely get to know you as a person. Each time I have been into their clinic for an appointment I always receive a personal follow up text message, just to see how I am the next day. You can freely respond if have any questions which I feel is a considerate touch to the whole experience.
Sarah offers sought after treatments and high quality skincare using medical grade equipment in a hygienic but elegant clinic. I cannot recommend Luxe Appearance more for helping you achieve a healthy, glowing complexion and to feel confident you will be in the care of trustworthy hands when starting or maintaining your cosmetic injectables.

Sarah was so welcoming and warm from the moment I stepped foot inside. I was nervous for my first ever experience with lip filler and botox, but she was so thorough in the consultation - listening to what I wanted and also sharing her knowledge in the process. She put my mind at ease. I highly recommend seeing Sarah as her experience, care and warmth makes for a great treatment with fabulous results! x

As a nervous first timer, she made me feel extremely comfortable and as soon as you walk in and sit down for your first consult, you know you’re in the hands of an absolute true professional, in a safe space, that lets you air your concerns and she just gently assists you with how these can be aided. I walked away feeling extremely happy with my results, and key, with more confidence. I’m so very pleased I chose Sarah - so down-to-earth and friendly; I’ve literally been telling all my friends about her since!
