★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the customer service was great and I did like my cut and 1/2 foils there were a few mistakes they made on my hair.
- I had asked for face framing highlights that would be subtle (sorta underneath) and I had shown photos for reference. They instead gave me Chunky highlights in the front.
- I had asked for a warm honey blonde. I had left with platnium/white blonde hair.
- I also felt like they were rushing with the overall session. While I can sympathise with how busy they were I also believe they Could've at least lowered the price for messing up the colour I wanted.
- when me and my friend had gotten our nails done it was an overall basic job and we noticed alot of excess dust that was left under our nails aswell. Considering the price we had expected more.
- also the nail polish was dripping off on the side and was burning my friends finger.
- I also would recommend adding some WiFi or a TV for those waiting... As well as more seating.
Overall I believe the prices were abit high for the performance. Considering they messed up my hair colour and the nails were rather basic.
I would recommend this business to people looking for a simple trim or styling. However they missed the mark when it comes to the colouring department.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deeply disappointing. I recommended this place to a friend's daughter and the results I saw were pretty shocking. Both girls were overcharged for what they received and yet no offer or steps were taken to rectify the obvious colour mistake. To make matters worse they weren't asked if they were happy with it, and were there all day as the salon was overbooked, Very unprofessional not taking responsibility for a major botch up. One of the girl's just wasn't listened to and felt disrespected. Also, the colour and style looked very tacky.
I feel these girls were taken advantage of because they were young and they weren't regular customers. As I have used this salon before, I have seen how regular customers are prioritized at the expense of others. Together these girls spent almost $800 at this salon and were treated unfairly. If the owner is such an expert, she should've recognized the colour mistake and offered some sort of resolution. I will not be going back to this salon.
