★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 15 yo daughter was ripped off today. She had been quoted a price and then was subsequently charged a significant extra amount of money. She was charged for things she had not requested and that had not been discussed with her. This is very poor and unprofessional especially as my 15 yo as a child could not defend herself when presented with a large fee and the end. Unhappy customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a lot of hair, A LOT and I've tried many hairdressers over the years, I always ask to thin it out and honestly, I'm always disappointed, they either cut near to nothing or come up with weird reasons why they can't thin more, however I tried Lynfield Hair Studio last weekend and I'm beyond amazed! Is the first time in my life that I've actually left feeling I was listened to. I love how she explained everything and gave me options. I finally found a hairdresser I can trust

The lady who was cutting my hair - unfortunately the manager- made a horrible scene by saying she would not take the responsibility of her work if I don't pay extra to Simply JUST DRY my hair! Also putting so much stress on me to choose the right length because she was tired to cut 1 or 2 cm more!
Very poor customer service.I didn't like my haircut but I just wanted to run away after being there for 1 hr for a very simple haircut and getting drained.
I ended up going to another salon this weekend to trim her mistakes and make the hair looks nice.
I ended up with a horrible experience and paying double for a simple haircut!
The other lady working there is lovely!
