★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ella is amazing! She has many years of experience and is very well educated in Chinese medicine. Every time I see her she knows exactly what the problem is and how to fix it. Her acupuncture and cupping equipment is the highest quality and she uses electrical equipment alone side the acupuncture to help stimulate the problem areas more, to get better results. I was a professional ice figure skater I had on going injuries all the time, Ella helped me to recover very fast and continue to work hard without any pain. I would recommend her for everyone of all ages and problems that require acupuncture and cupping.

All of these attributes provide the best service which has resulted in an improvement in back pain for me (I only use acupuncture). I have acnes outbreak 1 week before period every month for more than half a year. After 2 sessions with Ella, I had my period on time, and the acnes was much less than before, only about 20% of what I used to have. I’m very happy about the result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few month ago,I went to M.E. Holistic Care with a severe sprain in my lumbar muscle. I even couldn’t walk when I arrived there。Michael examined my symptoms carefully and asked me a few questions, After the acupuncture, I was free to get out of bed. Fully recoved just one time Accupuncture!
I recommend Michael To a friend, she also got very good treatment.
Later, I went to there to see Michael's wife Ella, because I've been troubled by dysmenorrhea for many years. After several times acupuncture, dysmenorrhea significantly improved, sleep quality and mental state a lot better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ M.E Holistic Care is doing an amazing job. I had shoulder and neck injury, I was in severe pain for a couple of days but one acupunture session with Dr. Ella made a big difference. I am very thankful to Dr. Ella and Dr. Michael, they are very professional.They made sure that I am always comfortable during each treatment. With continous acupunture sessions, I am getting better and I am positive that I could go back to work next week.

I have been having irregular periods for a while plus other issues such as bad sleeping quality, feeling extremely tired at all time etc.
Did my own research and made appointment with Dr. Ella Ji, I was very nervous on my first visit, but Dr. Ella Ji is very friendly and very knowledgeable and skillful. After few visits I’m already able to sleep better and not suffering during my period for the first time in past 12 months, my period is normal now exctly 28 days! It’s a pretty amazing outcome to be honest, many thanks to Dr Ella Ji : )

My baby was breach and my doctor didn't give me much of a hope that he can turn. I have done 1 appointment with Ella and next day I have got the news he is in his right place.
