★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have found Boutique Audiology excellent - Emma is so helpful (as well as Helen the receptionist) and one never feels intrusive. Bought my hearing aids towards the end of 2020 - help if needed is only a phone call away.
HIghly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made appointment to go in because my ears felt full and irritated. She looked at ears for less than 15 minutes, diagnosed it was fine therefore did nothing because there wasn't anything wrong and still charged $45. I understand your normal consults are $60 and then you charged $45 because there was nothing wrong, but in the instance of a do-nothing case you should charge even less than a follow up fee - because a follow up fee is still inclusive of an entire session whereas in this instance it was barely anytime at all.
Audiologist was okay but felt very rushed through. If you're going to charge me a full follow up fee at least take your time explaining.
