★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a used car (2011 Mazda sedan) in January this year. Pretty happy with the service and sales process, and a dent that had been caused in the yard was promptly fixed upon pointing this out. After 3 months of ownership, unfortunately I've had to get the rear wheel rotors skimmed as this had not been done prior to new brake pads been fitted around the time of sale (and was causing very loud squeaking when braking, which was slightly noticeable during a test drive but could be mistaken easily for a stone in one of the brake pads). Over the weeks after purchase, the squeaking got so bad that I had no choice but to get the rotors skimmed. Other than this, the car has performed well and relatively happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a Mazda mpv of these guys a few weeks back and we were very happy with the car. had some small issues a couple weeks of owning it but the service they provided was above and beyond, even though we live in Hamilton they came down to pick up the car aswell as providing another car so we weren't left with out one. The car was fixed promptly and returned the next night. Thanks again guys, great service.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a really great experience here. They have great quality cars and for a good price aswell. The customer service was amazing had alot of help with picking a car. The employers really do take good care of you when you need help. Every car that i came across the employers would explain in detail and explain what car best suits me. also there are quick and easy finance deals and 2 years cover with protecta insurance isn't that a bonus! . Really do recommend going to this car dealer store . Trust me they will not disappoint.

They had really great quality cars , they had a variety of cars that you could choose from and also gave you a detailed description about each car that we looked at, also the customer service there has a really nice friendly vibe and also knows what they are doing. Went there just to explore but ended up actually purchasing a car. Really do honestly recommend buying a car from here they honestly will not disappoint you.

I have emailed every day and left voicemails every day. I think they have blocked my number.
They do not wish to be liable or take accountability of any thing. I will be looking at taking legal action.
This is very disappointing - Its hard to believe people still behave like this in 2021.

Bought a $12,500 last year have already ended up paying for 15% of what I bought it for in repairs, they're just faulty cars. The mechanic said there had been an impact on my car that had tried to be covered up been Their car are cheaply bought then made to looks nice whilst underneath is a total shambles. (Reading from the reviews) One fault was a loud thud that would happen every time I drove over a bump, took it back the assured it was the spare tyre when it was locked in place. Needed new bushings and $1,500 later it's fixed when the car is less than a year old! They don't do anything about it until you mention legal action. Wouldn't recommend
