I would not recommend this car dealer to my beloved folks. They are ready to breach the trust even if you show the ample amount of trustworthiness. I bought a car, which is supposed to be paid more than the actual price of the same make and year in other shops. As I was in dire need of the car, without much research,I bought the car with approx.900 dollars extra. They even didnt bothered to let me know whether its a good deal for me or not. Why would they do that, since they will tend to sell the product with maximum margin ! Anyways,I bought the car, and on the next day i found the battery is malfunctioning, and as a result, I humbly and politely requested to change the battery of my car, which they did even. But,I received a second hand battery from one one the representative of the dealer shop. As I was in a need, which was considered as an situational advantage for him, therefore he handed me the drained battery. Now, when I realise that my previous battery was drained because of continuous supply of charge to the tail lamp, I immediately repaired it, because it is one the mandatory requirement as far NZ road rules are concerned. Well, after fitting the supposed-to-be new given battery to the terminals, I found that the battery is not allowing to ignite the spark plug, resulting non starting of the vehicle. As a result, I fitted the old battery again, and it got recharged and my problem of starting becomes okay! I decided to hand over the battery to the same person of the dealer shop, and he gave his words that, I will be repaid with the cost. He is obligated to say the word like this , that I will be repaid immediately, because I paid the sum of amount immediately to his designated bank account within 1 day after receiving the battery. Well, I am having some financial difficulties, so every single penny matters to me to the utmost. Even if it does not matter, I should be receiving the money for a product which is malfunctioned in nature. Isnt it ? An interpretation from Fair trade Policy. So, when I increase the degree of my follow up in order to receive the money, that particular started to loose his temper and pretends to show that he is involve to any breaches. Whatever! whether he is involved or the person by whom he has taken the battery is involve, is definitely none of my concern. Isnt it ? Later,I discovered that, the battery which has been taken from the shop, has been returned by the dealer's representative after 1 month, and this time period allowed that battery shop to give me only 1/2 the price of the battery, and he claimed that the battery has been used. Now,just imagine, immediately, when I realized that that battery is not allowing my car to get start, I returned without any delay in an anticipation to receive the full price. However, It might be the other 1/2 which is even less than 100 dollars (how poor mind set) has been diverted into that very person's pocket. You never know ! But, I have a STRONG SENSE of observing power, I believed this has been happened. Long story short, they will make you feel important once they sense the potential to buy the car, but once it is out of their yard, they are least bothered to show the professionalism !

I bought $1500 worth car in 4500 on finance less then 30 days it's left front tyre came off on 50km some I was so scared I can't tell while I was driving it cost me 200 to get to their yard. They fixed it But problems keep coming I was International student at that time the owner scared me of that I can't damage his reputation of his business or he sue me in court. I did not did anything paid him 1500 and already paid 900 in payments he took car back. So overall it costed me 3000 to buy car from him In 6 months and no car. First day he offered me his lunch to eat treat me so good that got blinded. Then he snached every single penny out of me. God was their he knows I used to get paid 239 / week at student but the owner didn't care. I begged him but did not work. Few people are worst then even waltures they eat the meat and digest the bones. Shame on tarnica cars mainly his owner Nadeem Stop sucking money from people who are come under the poverty line. I am ashamed to say I am from Lahore.

If I could rate this place lower I would. Here is my story: I went to Tarnica car yards just to browse with some friends. I was approached by manager Aiono Tuala regarding interest in a non-expensive car. Mr. Tuala said that he has an employee who is interested in selling his old car because he was given a new car to drive by the company. He describes the car as a Toyota Corolla 2001. He offered to call the employee who describes as a preacher and man of God over so that I could view the car. I accept. The employee, Mr Suraj Singh enters the car yard in about 5 minutes with the car he wants to sale. The car turns out to be a Nissan Pulsar 1998. He indicates that the car is $1500. After inspection with one of my friends present I ask to drive the car. Mr. Singh obliges and I drive the car. His commentary during this time is how good the car performs, how everything is up to date in terms of fitness, and how this car is “a very good car”. I have no reason to disbelieve him. After 15 minutes of driving, drive the car back to the car yard. I hesitantly express my interest to purchase the car for $1500 after one last look. Because I seem hesitant Mr. Singh further says that if anything goes wrong with the car I can bring it back to him and he will fix it. I ask him about oil change and maintenance and he says not to worry about that for at least 6 -8 months since it was taken care of. I agree to the purchase and my friends and I seem satisfied. All of this was done in the car yard under the facilitation of Mr Tuala, the manager. Low and behold though.....a day later the car breaks down, apparently the accelerator cable snapped! I seek help from Suraj first.....he yells at me telling me it is my fault....his promises out the window vanishing like smoke. When I go back to Tarnica, they tell me get off the their property and that they cannot help me because it was a private sale. Hey Mr. Tuala, do you realize that a private sale on car yard grounds facilitated by the car yard manager have implications for the business? Perhaps we can take that up with the Motor Vehicles Dispute Tribunal, after all your disgusting employee is already going to face me in Private Tribunal. Anyways these people have absolutely no accountability and have no standards for their rank, spineless employees. Snakes and charlatans masquerading as salespeople. And to bring God into it....what a laugh. Anyways at this point I had to repair the car and then insisted on returning it to the owner. I have not received any money for the repairs or the return of the car. In fact it is still in my name (stolen property as well). At this point I will be facing the employee Suraj Singh in court. The car that was sold should never have passed the WOF according to the mechanic who fixed it. And hopefully I will be able to let the Motor Vehicles Traders Register know about the disgusting practices of this place. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. You will be cheated. You will regret it. Go to the countless other car yards in the area. There are so many better ones!

This place is full of shameless cheats and crooks. Disgusting unhelpful behavior and sellings cars with WOFs that have been obtained through unsavoury means. Unless you want to face them in court go there. But I'd save myself the trouble if I could do it again and go to any of the other car yards in the area. Hopefully this place will shutdown after all the scams and bad sales. I will be launching a formal complaint at some point about my experience. I wish I had read the reviews before coming here. The car that i got was a dud and they knew. Thus the reason for the above rant.
