I was given the choice of two types of computers and because of the advice given I did not need to purchase the dearer one. This will be my go to for any computer, phone or relevant technology in the future. Well done Mac Ops.

Fantastic service, very well priced and great honest communication. No trying to upsell or anything like that, just straight up friendly service with genuine interest in giving the customer the best service they can. I even tried to tip them some cash to buy themselves some coffee's as a thank you, but they were too humble and just asked for a review instead! :D Would recommend!!

Not only did they offer exceptional advice on the phone, but they also picked up my laptop to repair it, repaired it at half the price I was quoted by the other company and now it is back in excellent working condition. From the start to end the communication was really professional, timely and caring. I would 100% recommend Mac Ops to anyone with an Apple product that needs fixing or tweaking.
