My husband ordered a phone for my birthday- Went in, they sourced a phone, invoiced us and ordered it to be sent from another branch. Received no follow up at all. When we called we were told it was on its way. Called again as had heard nothing further only to be told that it wasn't shipped and wasn't going to be. We were told a salesman at the branch we ordered it from, decided to keep it. No one had bothered to let us know. Ordered another one in a colour less desirable. We were invoiced etc. Never heard from the shop again. Bought elsewhere.
Unimpressed to say the least!

β β β β β My advice to everyone who might be interested to go this place is that, pay a little more if necessary and take your business elsewhere. It seems like a good service until you buy yet after sales services are unbelievably bad.
Doesn't matter how smooth and easy they are at talking, make sure you always read every single detail on the papers they made you sign, rather than believing what they tell you because it will be contradictory and they are not they responsibility of their employees action whatsoever which makes me think that giving misinformation or misleading information could be a part of company policy.

β β β β β Worst CSRs. They made me to come to store 5 times to get my refund for the faulty items they sold. Not to mention i had to travel from cromwell to queenstown because of CSRs didnβt knew the procedure.

Itβs now happened for the 3rd time in a row, walking around the shop trying to find someone to assist or give advice despite staff (more than 1) standing behind the counter looking bored or having conversations. Staff does not approach you as the customer and comes across as not being very enthusiastic either. I simply go elsewhere where I feel more valued as a customer. Some improvements need to be on the agenda here.
