Dropped off during level 3, COVID protocols followed excellently, laptop was looked at and ready to pick up later that day.
Excellent communication throughout process of organising drop off, diagnosing issue, and pickup.
Zuber is a good dude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First class service. I dropped my machine off at 2pm on the Friday - it was Waitangi weekend so I did not expect to hear anything until the following Tuesday. I got a text saying I could pick it up at 10.30am on the monday morning.
Highly recommend these guys, my mac is purring again

Pricing (especially as a student) is fantastic—such a helpful operation with such friendly people.
