★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are some of the most amazing people I've met!! It's an extremely busy clinic and they give it their all to help your beloved pets. It's great that the vets here can see my cat as well as my birds and rabbit! Also one of the more affordable clinics!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing: booked me in with little notice, my injured rabbit was seen by an obviously very experienced Vet Fiona and we have left with a clear diagnoses and simplistic treatment plans. Poles apart from the experience I had at my previous vet and half the price! Will be back here again 100%

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are helpful and friendly. They care a lot for the animals brought in, their rates are fair. I will never change vets as these guys do a amazing job and the whole team are wonderful. When our poor kitty died (at the afterhours clinic, not at carevets) they sent a lovely card everyone had signed saying sorry for our loss n all.. I have 10 cats and they are all treated at carevets. Even our cats love them! Lol

The receptionist is rude, and even if you received an SMS confirming your appointment, you must wait because it was not registered properly. You just ignore that, things happen. Even if you've been a customer for more than a year (as we were), they don't remember (or record and look at) any single detail of your pet's history. I know, we are just another generic customer. But it’s not a bad idea for the vet to take a quick glance before you going through that door. Not to mention the lack of empathy or communication skills, you must wait for the receptionist to finish playing with another pet before she decides she wants to charge and invoice you. More patience, it’s not her fault either that neither the printer or the payment terminal had paper loaded. I've never felt so sad going to the vet. Not expensive, but without angel. This is a sad place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team are amazing and all the vets are fantastic at their jobs, they truly care about the animals. The nurses are so understanding and great at their jobs too. Not expensive and have good prices. No matter if it's my cats or mice I know they will be looked after.
