At Mad Soundz, we specialise in all aspects of car audio, multimedia and navigation solutions and we can fit all types of in-car entertainment… pretty much anything from a basic head unit to a full system that includes in-car screens, smart phone integration, safety cameras and media players.
We are based in Hamilton and have built an excellent reputation for high quality customer service. We stock a range of top quality car audio/visual products and car kits and can fit while you wait without an appointment.

Installation was easy and quick, with James and the team adding some extras that I was really happy with (extra charging ports). Sound system works great and the price for it as well as installation was more than fair. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just wanted to reach out to say a BIG THANKS to you and your crew for the amazing job you did on recommending, then installing, the new entertainment system into my vehicle recently.
Every time I go out for a ride, I am swept away by the mesmerising sounds which come out of the upgraded unit. I also love the new Pioneer touch screen and how it fully integrates with the rest of the unit, and of course my phone too.
A special thanks to Teina - his professional, personable and "no BS" approach when I first stopped by MadSoundz to enquire about an entertainment upgrade was outstanding. His ability to refer to other, more experienced members of the crew, when needed, without making things awkward for anyone, is to be commended too.
At this stage I am over the moon with the current settings and functioning of the new system, but rest assured I will certainly be in touch if I have any queries.
I'll certainly be recommending MadSoundz to my family, friends and local colleagues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ good friendly staff.. very very over priced. went in to get a price for a new stereo near $500 + install when other places like supercheap auto only charging $250, there was a time when mad soundz was the place to go, guess times have changed , or they have to charge extra to pay for their new tesla ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't usually write reviews, but in this case felt I needed to make an exception.
I contacted Madsoundz after having an unsatisfactory experience with another company in Hamilton (it's Really Pointless Mentioning their name, but for anyone wanting to know, it should be a Readily Perceivable Matter), and the difference couldn't have been more striking.
James was happy to give me all the time I needed to explain the difficulties I have using modern technology, really listening and taking the time to understand my needs, helping me choose a suitable unit, and after installing and setting it up for me then taking more time to teach me how to use it, and even saying that I was welcome to come back anytime if I needed more help (which I have) - I offered to pay for this additional time, which he said wasn't nessecary.
The price I was charged seemed very reasonable - especially taking into account all the additional help both James and Teina have given me.
What really impresses me about my exceptional experience with Madsoundz is that I know I'm a long way from being their biggest customer (having heard about the specialised work they do on vintage and high value vehicles). I can only conclude that they genuinely care about doing a first class job and making sure their customers will be happy - regardless of how much or little money is involved.
I know almost nothing about audio and navigation tech, but I do know a bit about people, and I can say with certainty that James and his colleagues are masters of their craft, excellent communicators, completely trustworthy and scrupulous, and truly honourable gentlemen, who genuinely care about making sure their customers will be happy.

My stereo was fitted last year and I got a professional, genuine and fair-priced service. Fitting this stereo unfortunately caused the steering wheel stereo controls to stop working, and after taking it in to fix Mad Soundz again were professional, genuine and fair priced.
I would take my car here again for any future stereo work. Well done!
