I ordered 3 different kebabs to share with friends yesterday just before 6pm, when I reached my friends we cut them into halves and placed them on a platter to be shared with other food. As I was turning them cut side out so I could find a lamb kebab, I saw a hair sticking out from the chicken kebab and I pulled it out, I called the restaurant to let them know and binned it. This platter sat on a table with a food cover for the next couple of hours, a friend then ate the lamb kebab and again found another piece of hair WITHIN the kebab, I called the restaurant again just after 9pm but no answer as they were probably closed by then. Today I popped into this restaurant to request for a refund for the 2 kebabs, the lady was OK however the male cooking starting going off as to why was hair found later in another kebab. Well this was amongst food on a table for 4 friends to eat whilst catching up over drinks, we did not consume them immediately and didn't think there would be hair found in ANOTHER kebab. Fact is there was a problem with your product but what disappoints me was that I was discreet and had a photo of the kebab and the hair if needed yet you couldn't take ownership, say sorry and move on until my husband started making his way over after hearing the male raising his voice. Thank you for the refund however have some humility and respect for your local long time customers, I wouldn't have bothered with a review if you guy's had handled the follow-up in a better manner.
