Her 2014 Honda Fit Hybrid needed a set of front shocks for the warrant and the Shaun (took my call even when he was on holiday, now that is dedication) went out of his way to get a set and had them on the car. Highly recommend the guys. Thanks Team for the amazing work and the great pricing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my car in to get measured for wheel fitment. The manager Aaron then left my car idling next to street unattended for around 30+ minutes while I waited to be served inside. Left mag and turbo low on water and a grinding sound coming from motor. Will never use their services again and wouldn’t recommend. I would not be posting this if they had fronted up some of my repair bills that I requested. Not impressed as my car is my pride and joy. Thanks for nothing mag and turbo.
Extra notes to add in response to Aaron’s response. Leaving customers keys inside vehicle unattended beside street is unacceptable. Leaving it idling interesting you didn’t glance at turbo timer and see it was counting down to turn off. Lastly turbo timer was installed by Cooke howlison Toyota Dunedin as I contacted prev owner.

Additionally Aaron is lying, I do not have a Toyota mechanic and admit to anything. I did however speak to multiple sources about the practice of leaving cars idling unattended and we all agreed that is unacceptable practice.
(One more thing giving you timeframe to fix your mistake before I spread the word isn’t blackmail it’s just how life works)

Aaron and the team went above and beyond to get our car on the road . They are not just about the car but also about the people and what they need.
They also got us sorted in time for Christmas when they had so much going on!
