★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Magic Loft was really fun! The staffs were really friendly and the food was very tasty especially the kumara chips. I recommend to play here if you have kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kids really enjoyed the play area and there are so.e really great things fpr them do to and have fun, the reasons for the low rating is due to The bathrooms that were very dirty. It was not clean at all and I didn't even want to use it.

We got two 29.80 pizza, chips and two canned drinks specials. The pizzas were cheap pak'nsave ones that were both burnt.
Just chips was 8.90 which is a lot for the small portion you get.
Well over priced and what you get in pretty terrible. I was surprised they allowed it to come out of the kitchen.
I would not purchase from the cafe again.
Coffees were more reasonably priced but again, they were slightly burnt in their taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is great but the toilets are disgusting, looked like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks! Red rings around the plug holes in basins and no hand soap. When told about there being no hand soap, none was added. Something needs to be done about the cleanliness of the place but otherwise good place for kids to play.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to bring the kids with a vast array of activities. Good defined age specific areas. Has trampolines, ninja course, race track, lots of climbing, ball pit etc etc.
Even better for the adults the cafe is actually good! Nice coffee and range of food. Oh and free wifi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place for kids, the best play ground we liked so far. We have been a regular visitor to this place for a few years. Big space, once our kids get in, they never want to come out. Café made perfect coffee and food; staffs are friendly and willing to help. I would highly recommend to friends other family members to visit. Keep the hard work and thank you to the team at Magic Loft !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What was once a great indoor playground but maintenance is required. Lots of floor mats lifting and have witnessed numerous children tripping over various areas where the mats were lifting. Some stairs are also sagging and better ventilation might be good as it's muggy as inside.
Revisited, same equipment etc but wasted gift card.
According to consumer rights if a gift voucher doesn’t have an expiry date specified on it they should honor it. We had received a gift card prior to the first lock down last year and had not been able to visit them for many months to come due to numerous level 4 and 3 lockdowns. Tried to use the unused $100 gift card today and was told it had expired although there was no expiry date written anywhere on the card nor any terms and conditions regarding it printed on the card itself nor on their website. They could've given a grace period for the lockdowns but nope. Anyways there's many new indoor playgrounds now (wow playground, hippo playground etc) and this place is definitely quieter than how they used to be, even on a weekend.
Best indoor playground, period. It's chipmunks, a trampoline park and a Cafe all jammed in to one massive warehouse, and I mean massive as in huuuuuuge. It's got a trampoline area, kids playground area and also an area for smaller bubs, an obstacle course area, can ride trikes plus a Cafe that has a lot of tables. Pricey compared to other indoor playgrounds but worth it as there's no time limits like trampoline parks. I have taken my kids to many indoor playgrounds in Auckland but this is definitely the best out of all indoor playgrounds in Nz ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was perfect. Had my daughters 1st birthday here. We privately hired the whole space and it was amazing! The owner and staff were very welcoming and super helpful. Catered to all our needs and just made things so easy for us. Highly recommend for birthday parties, parents can sit back and relax. Thank you once again!
