My Husband tried to call your office from 10 am this morning up until 4pm even while on their premises and we could get no reply, He rang the Managers phone also. We were instructed to pick up our farm equipment from there by the retailer. We went to the depot and arrived at 3.20 pm. There was no one there apart from a fork lift driver and he said we had to ring first LOL and that they finish work at 3pm and come back tomorrow. We live over an hour and a half away from them. We rang the retailer several times and were told to just go there....sooooooo...what do we do?
