โ โ โ โ โ Very helpful staff, for sending packages internationally. Unfortunately because of all the paper work it can take a while expect to spend 30 minutes here and your good. If you see a queue come back later.

โ โ โ โ โ Recently want to send 2 documents (7 A4 Sheets each) same country 2 separate locations, it cost me 120 NZD for each so in total I paid 240 NZD, they asked and confirmed all address before taking to hand, but they inserted wrong documents in wrong files, I asked them before I leave did you put my documents correctly, and said yes.
Documents arrived to correct address with wrong documents, its very important documents for my Banks.
I found it very difficult to sort these things after it delivered.
Very poor service.

โ โ โ โ โ Lazy!! I went to collect one package today. I went to the counter and she asked me to be in the queue! There was no queue but one person sitting on the chair. Anyway then I noticed two of their staffs serving him and I had to wait for quite a long 15 min just to collect on small parcel while there was just one more customer other than me. Pretty lazy and in efficient if you ask me!

โ โ โ โ โ Called the customer service on 24/2/22 enquiring about how to courier out some documents together with a return envelope. I was told that I couldn't do it online and have to go to the Penrose Branch personally. I drove half an hour to get there only to be told that they don't do return envelopes.
What a company that doesn't even have a customer service staff who know what she's talking about! Ended up going to NZ Post courier.

โ โ โ โ โ Very poor service, I brought a package on Friday and wanted to send it, they gave me a quote and promised to ship, for other reasons I didn't send it that day, the next day I came to the same package and they went back Said can't be shipped, their fraudulent behavior annoys me.

โ โ โ โ โ Missed delivery in the morning so chose to pick up from their location from a txt link they sent. Received txt item ready to be picked up in the afternoon same day! Easy and quick , Location had heaps of parking, staff were attentive and friendly
