★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went a few weeks back, Nice place, friendly people, food is pretty good, our chips were abit raw/not cooked properly and cold in the middle, well half of them, sure it was a 1 off so not going to complain, would recommend the place.

A nice getaway drive for a Sunday afternoon where you can sit down and munch out on good old greasies like fish & chips, burgers, toasties etc with a view of the beach. The locals are friendly and told us the area was a good place, but it had a bit of a bad reputation. Definitely worthy of a place to visit just the other side of Papamoa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fish and chips not great. We asked for under done fish and it wasn't what we asked for. How ever the views beach and little place was so beautiful my family and I enjoyed ourselves. 5 stars for the amazing view

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really great fish and chips from the carry out side. The restaurant has a good menu with reasonable prices, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The ocean views are amazing! They have fresh baked desserts, muffins, etc, also. We will definitely return here many times!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a flat white and a kiwifruit ice cream. Don't be scared by the price of the ice creams ($7) as they are BIG. Coffee was spot on too and they have a pretty thorough coffee menu for a small town. The location is great, the place is clean and tidy, folks are friendly. Great spot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even if I didn't have the food, which I have to cause it's SO good, I would still come here. The ladies are lovely, the iced coffee is dreamy, the fish n chips are cooked perfectly and have big portions. The view is so spectacular its worth the drive from Tauranga even just to have coffee, cake and watch the ocean. Always feel happy coming here.
