β β β β β Our experience with Manage My Rental has been outstanding from the day we were contacted to offer a tenancy lease to an unfortunate early breaking of our lease due to personal reasons
Manage my rental were very professional, very friendly and always prompt to reply to any queries or maintenance regarding our rental property.
I highly would recommend them.
Bailey and Jack were so understanding and helpful when we had to break our lease early they both had our rental property with new tenants in a very short time , it was such a smooth transition

β β β β β Was a previous tenant a few years back, but am still hearing similar negative experiences to what I had when I did rent with MMR. Had a rat problem in the house and hot water would play up and nothing was really done about it, even after I had emailed with photos of damage the rat had done to a rug in the house one time. By chance I met the tenants who were in the rental right before us (after we had moved out) and they had the same issues, but the property manager made it sound like it was our fault, even though the previous tenants had had the same issues and nothing was done then also. Dealt with Fraser and a couple staff members, but it honestly felt like because we were young at the time, that no one in the office really cared about our issues. My mum had to get involved at one point after we had a really rude experience with one of the property managers there and Fraser called to apologize-that was the only time I felt we were taken seriously.

Super friendly and so supportive-she definitely knows her stuff. Definitely a five star from me!!!!! And would happily rent from this team!.
