Smith&Smith® alongwith Laser Group are proud to be a corporate partner of Lifeline. Lifeline have been helping Kiwis in crisis for over 50 years
Lifeline receives over 10,000 calls per month and 30,000 texts from people of all ages and ethnicities who are struggling with a wide range of issues including relationship and work problems, mental health, grief, abuse, bullying and loneliness. They help an average of 11 people a day at high risk of suicide.
Throughout the year our team work on a number of initiatives and activities to raise funds for Lifeline. These include the Lifeline push up challenge, raffles, barbeques, bake offs, Mental Health Awareness Week, as well as the Smith&Smith® Best of New Zealand bi-annual competition, Smith&Smith® roadshows and Laser conference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my windscreen replaced at the Lower Hutt /Alicetown branch today. The service I recieved was top notch. Toni was on the front desk and I observed her juggling multiple customers, making sure they were comfortable in the waiting room, offering water, being super friendly while all the whole being extremely efficient in actioning what was needed for each job. The place was spotless, I even used the bathroom and it was just so clean and tidy too. When I came back to pick up the car she showed me to my vehicle which was sparkling, the team had cleaned and even vacuumed the front seats. I am 8 months pregnant, and drove from all the way across town to have my car repaired (insurance). I really really appreciated the stellar job Toni and the team did being so efficient, communicating everything clearly and just being super nice to deal with. I hope they can be rewarded for their perfect customer service.

I thanked him & told him I was happy as he could have just taken the car out back & then told me it was fixed & charged for a already fixed repair. Very honest 5 stars to him .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the Lower Hutt branch following a windscreen crack while on the road in my work car to get some advice and try book in an appointment. Drove up to the garage, saw a lady just ahead so got out of my car and was greeted by rude customer service with the first thing that came out of her mouth ‘you can’t park there’ as if I was a person trying to park my car and was an inconvenience. This is definitely not a place you can rock up to and expect customer service based on what I experienced. Went to Novus (around the corner) and had a much better customer service experience. Really poor customer service skills she had and what a yucky person to be greeted by. Feel sorry for older people who may not know how to book online. Clearly it’s not a place they like you to rock up to. Definitely won’t be using them ever.
