We are a small, boutique studio based close to the sea in Waihi Beach. Enjoy the benefits small intimate classes in a beautiful space!
Manawa is a Māori word that has a few meanings. These meanings are:
heart
patience/tolerance
breath
I believe that these three words are so intertwined within the values of a yoga practice, making it the perfect name for the yoga studio.
My vision for Manawa yoga is to create a safe, welcoming, lovely space that everyone can enjoy. Cultivating a beautiful sense of community within our yoga practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to a yin class here the other evening and it was just what i needed. Liv is an extremely calm, attentive, lovely yoga teacher and I hugely recommend her classes. I especially enjoyed the immersion of te ao Māori and te reo Māori. The studio was also a beautiful space to practise in.
