★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disappointed unfortunately. We waited an hour before receiving our food, we were told 20 minutes from ordering. Some people had waited over an hour. The shop is pretty average size and at one stage there were about 20 or so people waiting for orders and to order. Why was no one monitoring, no one could social distance, also the amount that didn't scan in was crazy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been there twice, both times bad experience. The burger I got was rubbish (was just a simple cheeseburger) and the second time I got a chocolate bar and the best before date was March 2020. It tasted off so I checked. They need to do a better job at bringing in new stock. There's no excuse, it's just gross.

I entered the store and the man was touching his nose and when I asked him to sanitize his hands before preparing the ice cream for my daughter he refused and gave my money back. He's always rude and has bad manners. The kitchen looks dirty and smells like old used oil. Never buying here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order a fish burger tonight asked for no tomato and heaps of onion instead. Paid $9 for this burger, can say I have never paid that much for a burger from a takeaway store in my life. But I assumed it would be great. Well I was wrong, came with a tiny piece of lettuce that didn’t even meet the sides of the bun, one piece of beetroot, a tiny bit of onion and then a few small pieces of fish that had been cut up and put on it. It’s was not at all upto standard for $9 and I wouldn’t recommend eating here. Spend your hard earned money where they genuinely care about the food they present because of the high prices they charge. I would’ve paid $5 for that burger happily no more
