About Manawanui
Marsha is a Canadian import, who now proudly also bears a New Zealand passport. She has an extensive background of more than 25 years in the health and disability sectors. She was involved in setting up the Family Options Respite programme through Starship Hospital, and the development of the IF Framework at the Ministry of Health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish we had more options of organisations to hold our IF, as I have had multiple issues with these guys and I just don’t have the energy to deal with this on top of everything else. It is so disappointing that the people who have it tough and really need seamless support, get lumped with more headaches through incompetence and poor customer service by Manawanui.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful interface, impossible to navigate without a computer degree. Staff lied rather than help, claiming I’m the ‘only one’ who has trouble - yet the above review says otherwise. You might think this is a good job but Manawanui will turn it into such a baffling ordeal that you would rather rip your fingernails out than put yourself through dealing with them.
