I rang there store for assitance and they really know their products. Shipping was reasonable and super fast. Ordered Thursday evening and got on Monday, not bad for just before Christmas. Also every part of the tracking details is emailed to you. Thanks Gubba team.

An amazing customer service team who responded on the same day to all my question i had, which were maybe to many but they were more than happy to help! Great experience and will always come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service, ordered my Perth boots online then had to ring to change size, the lady on the phone was amazing changed the sizing, fast postage got the boots they were well packaged and fit perfectly and so comfortable wore them all day at work, thank you for the free seedlings too, amazing service highly recommend this company to everyone and great communication, thank you for the wonderful service very happy ++

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty unhappy with my purchase. Paid $54 for a tub I could have got at Mitre 10 for $11. They charged me $35 for delivery! So I was ripped off. But it never arrived. I called and spoke to a very rude young man. No refund or replacement. Asked to speak to the manager, he’s not there. Didn’t hear back from them for 2 weeks. Again very rude youth on the phone. Horrible company
