Fantastic service, really appreciated the 'can do', 'no problems', 'happy to help you out' attitude, so refreshing. Will continue to make the trip to Palmerston North & Manawatu BMW to get my car serviced.

Purchased Balljoint part then booked car in to have this replacement repair completed (With balljoint part supplied by myself as mentioned above previously purchased separately at Manawatu BMW). Arranged Driver to drop car off for the repair before 9am (Workshop had entire day to complete the repair). Nearing 5pm I called & was advised car could be picked up but repair was not done & had to be rebooked another day to be done! I was disappointed but then arranged driver to pickup the car. Team, you had my car for the whole day & the repair was not done - no-body called me to explain or really apologise & or advise the car could be picked up (earlier) once realised but it sat there the whole day! It had costed me time, money, inconvenience & affected my driver all for nothing but to be told to rebook it again - what if that happens again? With the help of a close friend we completed the Balljoint replacement repair ourselves. Poor communication & unacceptable poor/lack of service. Left feeling disappointed & had no real remedial follow up to this. Morning Euan, will post feedback by the end of this week. I have completed both balljoint & oil sump gasket replacement repairs required for the bmw now so will be looking at booking it in this Friday for WOF check. I am now requiring a replacement clutch for my BMW. Preference is Solid Flywheel & conversion Clutch kit as opposed to the Factory Clutch replacement. I am hoping Manawatu BMW can please assist me with options & prices (Parts only)? They are welcome to call me & I am happy to update/edit this Review. Thanks in advance, Anthony

I had been looking around for a nice GT86 for some time when a low mileage NZ new one popped up for sale at Manawatu BMW. As I was in Chch I though it could be difficult to arrange but this was not the case at all. The staff there were excellent to deal with every step of the way.
