I am very impressed with this organisation and happy to recommend to anyone who needs help with legal stuff without incurring the expense of seeing a lawyer.

I was treated with respect, Listened to, and provided the appropriate advice at the appropriate time, and delivered in all the right ways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When calling up to try get an appointment with someone to give me legal advice, the lady on the phone was quite rude and made me feel like I was stupid for calling. May need better training on their customer service as I left the call feeling brushed off and stupid.
