★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have not rented with Ray White but have been to a viewing. I walked in and was instantly hit with the smell of damp and mould. Disappointing that a house would even be shown in that condition. I’ve been to many viewings and never had that experience. Fortunately the lady with a baby who was there had the sense to leave. I went a viewing with a different agency then saw the flat next door listed by Ray white for over $100 more than the other agent. Same flat, interior was exactly the same and it was hardly worth the lower price let alone to premium Ray white was asking. From what I’ve seen of listings they’re just asking a higher price for no reason and I wouldn’t trust the quality after that first experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Ray White team sold my mothers house in July 2021. From start to finish the sales team were engaging, had good insight and advice, were supportive and very professional. The real estate agent Kevin Boniface who has alot of years experience in the industry show cased my mother's home honestly with what he knew. Kevin was quietly confident, communicative, fit's in, punctual, consistent, collaborative, no fuss, pleasant to deal with and to have around. I found his service outstanding and encouraging. Between the sales management team, Stu Fleming and Kevin Boniface I found them all excellent and they exceeded my sale expectation. I was part of the team too and together with my honesty and disclosures about the property we nailed it. Happy seller, happy buyer, happy all round with great results. A memorable, good experience and one I would do with Ray White, Kevin Boniface in a heart beat if I was to sell a home again. Thanks guy's. Highly recommended and rated A+++++

We went with Ray White to market our home because we had gone conditional on another home they were marketing. We thought it would make things easier as we would have good and clear communication with them!
We couldn’t have more been more wrong!
90% of all communication they had with us was via text message! TEXTS informing us we had private viewings hours before them actually arriving, one text which we didn’t get ( but apparently ‘was sent’). Constantly felt pressured to lower the asking price by the agent. Would not recommend this company.

She found us an awesome tenant who kept the place immaculate and always paid rent on time. She was easy to communicate with and always happy to help when we had questions. Would have no issues with working with her again in the future.
