It's rare that I leave a barber satisfied with a haircut, I'm the fussiest customer when it comes to my hair lol, but Hailey absolutely nailed it! Excellent customer experience, 10/10 guys ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team at man craft are very efficient and professional, I came in for a 4:30 appointment and they were quite busy but got through the line very quickly everyone seemed happy, the barber that cut my hair was very professional, he made sure to double check and explain everything that I wanted in order to make sure that I got the haircut that I wanted.
The barber went out of his way to do heaps of little details that other barbers wouldn’t bother doing, even got a warm face clothe to finish the experience
At the till the person in front of me accidentally dropped a $50 note next to the till and the lady barber made sure to get his attention and give it back, the guy joked saying could have had an extra $50 and she said we don’t earn money like that
All In all a very good experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in as I needed a trim. I didn’t have a booking and was told by the lady working there, nothing was available until tomorrow and to make a reservation and come back. One of the guys took the initiative to ask me what I wanted done and asked me to take a seat and wait. After several minutes I was sitting in the chair enjoying a terrific trim, and some swanky extras like hair oil, hot towel and gentle head massage. After the initial luke warm welcome I left impressed and pleased with my cut.
