★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent people - really helpful, and very patient - I only go there around Xmas time, and they have to deal with a lot of very tired people who don't want to wait - but they're the only pharmacist in the area, so sometimes there'll be a wait - of course! My experience has only been good. I imagine the only way someone could think they're rude, is if they were being rude themselves, and they're upset none of the staff bowed to their self-centered nonsense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pharmacy should know more than most that People with mask exemptions usually have a good medical reason not to wear one. You should not be treated like a leaper because of it. I have been into your store twice and both times raced out of the store and told to stand in the street and wait. Where is your humanity. I have never been treated so rudely and badly in any other place but your store. Not even the doctors surgery.
