★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, our whānau (12 of us) spent lunch there and loved the meals. The kids loved their burgers with 10 jugs of drinks. We parents had salads and bought 2 family packs. What a meal. The reputation of this fish and chip shop is still the same when we were kids. Absolutely tastes great. The drive from Kaitaia is worth it. We highly recommend this shop, well presented with a deck outside to eat and friendly staff. Thank you so much??❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually I can't stand the classic fish and chips, too greasy, but this is just a whole different level. Delicious fillets of fish with a light and crispy batter. The chips are nice and crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle. We also had scallops which were nice and fat and juicey.
Bit on the pricey side but you get what you pay for. Will definitely be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good fish and chips, with a bit more of a fancy vibe - they have prawn cocktails and seafood baskets. All fresh seafood directly from the ocean ? outside, lovely views, great location. Just a bit expensive but you might as well eat there in the stunning location, it’s worth it.
