J	Jana Huntley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this cafe so far 3 times since I have moved up north and every time the experience wasn’t nice at all. First visit, no customers inside yet when we came and asked about food for little ones just grumpy answer of we don’t do that. They have literally gave us no time to look at the menu and gave a big rolled my eyes at you look. So we thought maybe there were just stressed and tried another time… exactly the same behaviour. The last time we made the mistake of coming there was just to get coffee takeaway and fair enough you have to buy reusable cup no problem there but honestly pls change your attitude when serving. I have been working in hospitality for 15 year but this?! At the end of the day it doesn’t matter you have homemade muffins and cakes and your coffee taste all right with attitude like this the customers will stop returning. So yeah two stars because the scones and muffins are ok but that is just about it.

They weren’t kidding when the signs say that the seagulls will eat your food - you have to actively distract them from getting your food. In saying that, the staff have aptly placed water guns on outdoor tables which provide a formidable defense for patrons. The pie and carrot cake were particularly nice and overall it was an enjoyable lunch.

Ordered an extra side with my scrambled eggs and bacon and our normal coffees and came in cheaper. Staff were attentive and friendly and the meal was delish with generous portions .

Food from the menu was tasty and you could also order from the cabinet inside. Coffee and other drinks available as well. Watch out for the seagulls
