★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero response from them after I sent multiple enquiry emails for at least one month. Literally zero. Also from what I understand, I'm not the only one experienced that. I mean if you won't bother to go through the enquiry email, at least have the decency to take them off your website and save everyone's time.

Racist and sexist and homophobic
Students were called something that clearly was not. Defamatory comments spread around about students.
Clearly does not know their boundaries.
Awesome level 3 health studies lecturers. Thats all about. Just big and flashy for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife received a conditional offer for 'Social Work' study, so she submitted all the documents MIT needed, but it had not reacted for a month. We complained through a formal channel and got email that my wife is accepted and everything is fine. Just a week ago before semester starts she's got an email of rejection of enrollment. We asked a formal apology, then No Response from MIT. What on earth is that? She is sad of the untrustworthy education provider of MIT. Their communication and administration is terrible.!! It is fact.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very little support given to some students especially during Covid lockdown when students were reliant on support from their tutors. I understand It was a stressful time but more effort should have been made to support the students as lack of communication was not at all helpful. I would have expected higher standard in a facility of this reputation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last year was amazing with my two awesome favorite funny MIT OTARA Lectures Lanita and Cushla they been the most amazing lovely people that I meet on this course last year but seriously I am going to miss being in the same classroom as them.
Keep it's up with your awesome cool funny away to make us laugh.
This year's I am doing literacy and Numeracy English this year at MIT OTARA

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've sent continuous emails and calls to the institute concerning my withdrawal and refunding of fees but I have had little to no response. I withdrew in September and it is now February. Also received absolutely no support with my enrolment and they are near impossible to get a hold of and on the rare occasion that I do get a hold of reception they never know how to assist me.
