Lack of information is a daily event and lack organizational skills from the institution is common. 7 months after she finished the course and we still can't get the certificate for my daughter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nostalgia being back where I studied Hospitality & Tourism 8 years ago.
Quite saddened by the quality of the food cooked during today's Health and Safety Training. Took a bite of a spinach wrap, the mesclun greens were uneatable it tasted so bitter/tangy and to make things worse I pulled the mesclun out to attempt to eat everything else in the wrap and attached to the mesclun salad was roots and dirt. I'm sorry I hardly ever complain about food but this just topped it off. Potato salad was extremely hard and crunchy when I ate it also but the taste was great beside the raw potato.
Thank you for the hospitality and walk down memory lane.

Students can be little unkind and obnoxious to each other at times but didn’t bothered me as I was there for my own Learning and studies !
Hence Full stars :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great straight forward signage, attentive staff in the enrolment/student services department. Very helpful, pleasant and thorough with my and others' enquiries. Nice campus. Convenient location to SH1, SH20 and Great South road and Otara shopping centre. Central to Botany, Ormiston, Hunter's Plaza, Mt. Wellington and Manukau malls.
