★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience here for a birthday dinner! A young lady served us and she was friendly and cheerful, really happy with the service from her!
I was disappointed when the manager was quite rude and condescending to her when trying to apply a birthday discount they offer.
Treat your staff with respect please ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hmmm... Not a brilliant review unfortunately. Service was prompt and food arrived quickly. Jalapeño poppers were lovely and could have eaten a bowl of them! Unfortunately the fried chicken was dry and chewy, and the brisket on the nachos was also pretty dry and flavourless. We also found wire in our food and not only was the food not removed and replaced, but we had to request that the plate be struck from our bill, so not impressed with the customer service. I would have hoped that the manager had dealt with us personally after we made the complaint.
Bit disappointed really as my friend had eaten there before and said it was great...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve had decent experiences here in the past. The food is always good but the service is always lacking. This time the service was appalling. We waited over 12 minutes for a menu to be brought to us after being sat down, despite the restaurant being really quiet (only 2 other tables) and the staff just chatting by the counter. Ended up walking out as it didn’t look like the staff would approach us with a menu anytime soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would have rate it higher as the food quality was quite good and the lunch menu were quite well priced. We ordered a burito and a quesadilla from the lunch menu and both are quite nice and good portion sized. Service was not too bad but nothing great. However charging us $1 for a tiny cup of tomato sauce for the fries left a bit of our sour taste in the mouth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to go down yesterday for lunch and couldn't have asked for better! We had the fried chicken and some delicious tacos, credit to the chefs for their amazing food. Service was great. The boy who took our order was chatty and friendly and the young girl who checked up on us was very sweet and considerate. First time coming and will be back to try the rest of the menu! Thanks for the lovely visit.
