★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this pizza was very wet and soggy in the middle. i think it could be good if they put the toppings over the cheese instead of under, so that the moisture can evaporate better in the oven.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have Marjos Pizza over any commercial pizza place any day! Great staff, friendly service. The Neptune pizza so full of fresh seafood and the Supreme Meat is exactly what it says SUPREME!! My favourite pizza place in New Zealand. Thanks Marjos!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pizza here are fairly large and packed a lot of filling which is great! We got a combo with 3 pizzas, a garlic bread and 1.5L fizzy drink for $60. Between 3 guys and it lasted us for both lunch and dinner! The pizzas tasted great but even better was the garlic bread - would highly recommend. The restaurant has a cool vintage car vibe. Our friend also order some food from the cafe next door and Marjo Pizza were quite happy allowing her to eat with us - excellent customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, were we amazed!! At other restaurants, the photos on the menu look better than what you actually get - at Marjo Pizzas, it's the opposite! Our pizza was so much better than what we were expecting, the Meatlovers was enough to feed a family of 4 food-loving adults and was packed with so much meat!! You could taste how fresh everything was, their soft serve icecream was so good - and again, you could tell their machine is regularly cleaned. The owners running the shop were friendly and happy to chat with us about their store decor.
Great experience, great food, and REALLY cheap prices!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the Hot Breather and Garlic Prawn. Hot breather was OK with some good flavours but the Garlic Prawn was flavourless - zero garlic and got unseasoned frozen shrimp. Don't know why the toppings were under the cheese - made it very messy to eat with everything falling off the bases. They could be so much better with a little more attention to detail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered three pizzas, Margherita, Apricot chicken and Hot Breather. First two were nice, Hot Breather though came with something that was not beef, the brown things in the photo is a highly processed something, but I wouldn’t call it beef, so clarify with the owners before ordering anything with meat so you don’t end up very disappointed.
