★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Little bit overpriced, even with a GrabOne voucher, considering 'walk-in' prices of other places nearer the beach. Clean, tidy & warm. Lacking some basics, milk, S&P. Everything was fine. :]

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very comfortable stay here, the suite we stayed in was clean and cozy. The complimentary continental breakfast comprised of locally sourced produce was one of the best I have ever had! Our host Ray was a pleasure to deal with, always very helpful and friendly.
I would highly recommend Marlin House to anyone looking to stay in Paihia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge house, lovely and clean with top notch views!! Would be great for groups or families.. Only downside is the hill plus stairs are not wheelchair friendly, and be prepared to carry your kids most of the way up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very beautiful rooms in a big wooden house on the top of the hill with fantastic view on the harbour and the sunrise.
Very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms.
Staff very friendly with home made breakfast served in the captain house.
They do their best to make your stay fab.
They are working for reducing the noise between rooms which is great.
Would go back to Marlin House if I had the chance to!
