★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and close to the St Kilda beach and Marlow Park, on the flat on John Wilson Ocean Drive, Dunedin. All of the facilities are in good order and condition, plenty of toilet paper and hand towels and the toilet door lock works well. But I think it could really do with a bit more frequent cleaning or at the very least some smelly fragrance dispenser to mask the smell a bit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The days I came in, the paper towel waste baskets were over filling and the hand soap smells just like hand sanitiser was just tipped into it so people would just make do with it. Would prefer actual liquid hand soap please.
