★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've taken a look a couple of times, and it was nasty. I wasn't even prepared to take a leak, let alone anything more serious. The second time there was way more blood on the toilet seat than one might consider to be okay. I won't bother speculating here as to what happened, but I didn't see any disembowelled goats or virgins nearby. I would suggest you rely on this convenience as a last resort only, maybe not even then.
I've been staying in a hotel, I can see this facility from my room, and the I've lost count of number of people I see walk up to it, look in, shake their heads and walk away. It's pretty funny to watch.
