★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended buying property from this construction company. Very difficult to get hold of them. My first email for after-sale touch up was not been replied in 13 days. Even I provided the photos with blue marked tape in the final inspection, they still keep asking and asking questions. And when they finically send someone to come they only send the painter, so there are still issues not been solved. Also just found the dishwasher is not working. Also, there is no manual for changing the alarm code and digital lock code. There are thousands of things that not been taken care of properly. Very bad experience and frustrated in the constant email communication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We moved into the property on 25th of May and found no hot water since the hot water cylinder was installed incorrectly. The only way to contact the Mars sales team is via email and they try to resolve issue by asking us to send photos of the cylinder and the connection but they refused to send someone to check. After numerous follow up they managed to send someone to examine the cylinder and to my surprise he didn’t even know if the electrical connection was set correctly. We then managed to get hold of Rheem, the manufacturer, who referred us to Callander Electrical to sort the issue. The electrician from Callander resolved the issue and advised in his report with photos the the cylinder wasn’t filled well before turning the cylinder on after installing the hwc. We forwarded that invoice to Mars Sales team as this issue was caused due to the negligence of the installing staff and we had just moved in to the property. Today is the 13th of June and I have sent several emails but the invoice is not yet paid. Neither they reply to my email nor they make a payment. Hence I am forced to share this review.
