★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first time I've ever put a bad review of anywhere but had a horrific experience here 3 weeks ago when I went as support person for my neighbour putting to sleep her very elderly dog.
The vet administered the sedative drug then left myself and my neighbour with her dog the dog gasping for breath and my neighbour absolutly distraught wondering if she was doing the right thing
When the vet came back finally bought the wrong size needle to administer the final drug couldn't find a vein was poking and prodding my neighbours fur baby.. just no apparent idea....
Finally after giving up untill my neighbour suggested trying the other leg as we couldn't reverse the procedure at that point...
Very disappointed and will not go back...I was in tears my neighbour was beside herself....felt no compassion or empathy AT ALL.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm only giving them a 1 star because you have to so you can add a review. These people ripped me off today when I took my Granddaughters cat down to be spayed. They Quote you one price then charge you another. The person who quoted me the price LIED through there teeth and then they charged me 175.00 to get our cat back. Will certainly let people know. BUNCH OF LIERS. NEVER GO GO HERE UNLESS YOU TAPE ALL CONVERSATIONS.
