★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a part a month ago, they said it'd be there within 2 days. I contacted them and they say it'll be delayed which is understandable. Another week passes I go in and the older man (10/10 service) says it arrived but they can't find it and he'll sort something out. So the next day they say it was a error and they'll sort something out. I go online and it says it is in stock and I order it. They call me saying that's a error too. Now it's been a month and they still haven't notified me of the part arriving.
