★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesomely quiet neighbourhood - easy walking to town centre - dump station not too far away - suggest that no one to throw all recyclable materials into the rubbish bins - my message is be responsible and take your recyclables to a Transfer Station. Marton Transfer Station will take plastics graded 1 to 5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Park. Highly recommend to all members. However, the toilet block was closed ? due to the disgusting mess left behind inside the block. Custodians are volunteers, not paid cleaners. Water, rubbish disposal available too. Highly recommend.
