★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is incredible. I'd been a couple of times before, and always walked out feeling amazing. Butt this time I had a hard task for them. I'd been in pain for weeks from a sore hip (and then sore back too from walking funny to avoid hurting my hip more), and two doctors visitors and many meds later I still wasn't getting better. But 15 minutes on the massage table at Massage by the Square, and I got up after feeling strangely pain free! The massage itself was a tad hard - but it was totally worth it. Four days later and I'm still feeling great. These guys have magic hands. They'll be my first stop next time, rather than wasting money at the doctor!

Unfortunately even though I had booked in picking my massage when I went it they had no idea what I wanted and didn’t ask how I wanted it just assumed I wanted oil .
There were multiple phone calls answered while receiving my massage .
Definitely wouldn’t call it a relaxing massage

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Might be a good massage but unfortunately I did not get to experience it as they are not very good at running a business. I booked 48hr prior on their website, received a confirmation email but was told when I turned up that 'her husband forgot to tell her' and to come back the next day. If you book on their website I suggest confirming your appointment by phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 24 April 21, I booked a massage online for 12.45pm. I arrived at the massage 5 minutes early and was told by one of the staff that one of the walk in's was ahead of me and I would need to wait another 20 minutes. What is the point in booking a massage for a specific time and then told to wait an extra 20 minutes.
I will say the massage I did receive was good but I was not impressed with the time management.
I went back for another massage today, 01 May 21. They lady who was doing the massage rushed through it and it was not relaxing at all. She also used plastic sheets over my shoulders because she said she didn't want to touch the hair that was on my back. My back does not have any hair as I have it waxed/shaved regularly.
Regardless if you want to take up the massage profession you should be prepared to take customers as they are. People pay good money for a massage and expect to have a good service in return.
I will not be returning to this massage place and I will not be recommending it to any other person.

When I walked into Massage by the Square with a couple of back issues, I received the strongest and most thorough back massage I have ever received.
Now my back muscles sing like a choir of angels. Highly recommended.
