Was always treated poorly by staff and refused haircuts 30mins before closing because staff were smoking outside.
Went from getting great haircuts for the price to getting rushed out in 10 minutes while other customers would be taken care of and be on the chair much longer.
Even been overcharged and had to ask for cash back on another previous occasion.
Had some great haircuts over the years but it's time I move on as I feel its not as good as it used it be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The barber who cut my hair was really skilled in his trade. You can say that he is really experienced. The precision was on point. It took just around 15 min and he’s done cutting and shaving my hair. But he managed to achieve my style. The best barber in Auckland so far. A bit far off from CBD but surely worth your time to visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed if anything wanted my roots done came away very unhappy, had a full head of foils done which was okay. However my roots still dark and grey all over..could say more but yea not happy at all. Showed lack of experience..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ what a great cut i had Today from SAM Professional barber you can tell this guy is very Experienced on Point. i showed a photo. his like sweet no worries. he did Exactly what i showed him. fast no mucking around and honestly he was like Turbo ;) the Results made me so happy i was Stocked what an absolute Legend. thanks heaps

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a customer from the very beginning. Today I was refused a haircut by Sam because apparently I'm too picky with my hair. I've never once complained about my haircut and usually just give them free reign to cut it however they please. I told him that he's mistaken me from someone else but he just rolled his eyes, sat outside glued to his cell phone and wouldn't even look me in the eye. You've lost a customer today bud. Hope your attitude improves!
