β β β β β Absolutely rude. The lady who answered the phone proceeded to tell me all the reasons why their shop could not help me, like a narcissistic mother scolding a child. I was extremely patient but very respectful, sharing my problem and what I needed to be done. From then onwards I was given a 10 minute speech on parts not being available, how long it will get shipped, to scolding me about not driving my car to their shop that I needed it to be towed there, I only wanted an assessment!!!!!! Negative all round. I should of hung up during the call. Rung another panel beaters up the road, within a minute, they said to bring the car in and they'll take it from there, SIMPLE. THAT'S ALL THAT NEEDED TO BE SAID. Will never deal with this business ever.

He works with several insurance companies and answered all my questions. He listened to my concerns regarding car fitness and offered suggestions. Highly recommend
