Got my Toyota prado back from insurance job next day wudnt start turns out batterys wer stufd they denied it was there fault which is a joke so had to fork out over 400 out of own pocket. That wasnt the end of it. Opened door a few days later door droped down about 1 cm and as a result pushed gaurd in cracked plastic etc no visible Mark's on outside front any1 hitting it etc as they claimed and wasnt there fault which is weird because they ended up fixing it. So got it back few days later noticed it starting to happen agen so investigated and was shocked there were loose bolts on door hinges, bolts wernt correct, big gaps in hinges and dent Marks on hinges etc but they still denied it was there fault which I thought was really cheaky so but fixed it for the third time and coverd up all there mistakes I have photos of all mistakes aswell cant post them unfortunately. Just a WARNING TO ALL I wudnt deal with them at all. It was jock the boss who also denied any wrong doing the hole time and still claims they wernt in the wrong but still fixed it which say it all. Aw I also went to another panel beater to verify what I was seeing was correct and was told to go back to insurance company so I did but cant start that procedure untill they refuse to fix it. Am still left with chiped paint from there work aswell. Edit. Have managed to upload some photos of after they attempted to fix it the first time this is when I investigated mre coz it was happening agen... UPDATE 8/12/2020 its happened again doors dropped back down and pushed guard in on same door back to square 1! There work is really shocking

I would be the first to complain, but this company great.. even delivered my car down to Clareville Friday afternoon as I need ed it to do shopping, dont live in town! Second time I have had to have work done on the car, same good service throughout. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unskilled, unprofessional and incompetent a total mess from start to finish. I received an amateur back yard spray job from this company., big blotchy dry spots in the paint, wrong paint match, spray straight over damage, no attempt to fix it at all, burns and swirl marks all over car from buffing, damage and a cover up job done on my bonnet whilst in their care. The shoddy work was not just my opinion it was confirmed by 2 other spray painting businesses from another town, that inspected the car.
C.E.Spray kept my car 16 days for a 4 day job and refused to give me an explanation why, both owners repeatedly stated they had no idea , indeed they dont. I was made to feel like a nuisance for daring to complain. Only after several arguements and a promise to show everyone i could, the work they had done did they agree to do the whole job again.
The car came back 2nd time just as bad if not worse. It was then taken for reassessment by my insurance company, the out come being the repair work was redone by another company, including damages to the bonnet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything about these guys is professional and commendable. Where do I begin? First, they do beautiful collision repairs -- they aren't the fastest around but the job is done right, and in my case they were done a day sooner than promised. Next, their booking staff know what they are doing. Finally, their Courtesy Car was the best I've ever driven -- a nice, tidy Ford with cruise control and amazing fuel economy -- for a flat $30 rental. That, plus petrol, is all you pay while they fix your car. I couldn't be happier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy with my repairs done. Had I jave finished my panel and paint.course, could have done a better job myself. Will be returning.
As well as upon return drivers window wont go down, and airbag light is on.
They tried to correct this by plugging in and clearing a code. Withing an hour was back on. And then had to pay for no actual answers as to what is wrong with my air bag light. I'm suspecting a sensor from the impact of accident. But no. Still no answers.
To angry to deal with at the minute as.my own health is on the line.
But will be approaching another place a quick opinion on what I should be doing. Have also been in contact with insurance company who assure me they are unsatisfied with what has happened
Polite office staff cannot fault them. But do not recommend dealing here. Would rather have gone to Supreme.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute joke of a business, one of those Masterton business that can fly under the radar with poor service and get away with it, called to say car was ready for collection after 2 weeks, go to collect vehicle, still has many imperfections they try to palm off with vague excuses, eventually they agreed to "refix" the problem, took them 3 more days, go to collect the vehicle, they have just paint brushed the imperfections. (Still looks poor) Doesn't take 3 days for a bit of paint pen Jamie... Please stop ripping of the community with these repairs and have some pride in your work. Alas going back and arguing to have this resloved for a 3rd time is a waste of time. If you have insurance or the option, please use other local panel beaters. Thank you.
