β β β β β I would say this is the worst company in NZ! This is the topical company only ask for money rather than solving problem. I have called them several times, and they had promised that will call me back, but ends up Never ! Not doing their job properly ! my cylinder wasn't connected properly on my Gas water heater, it was leaking ! putting my family in dangerous ! for those who using this company I would say good luck.

β β β β β So bad experience! Have to chase up every time, in the same local city need to wait for more than 2 weeks times for gas delivery. I canβt believe how they do the business, poor service.

β β β β β Poor service, unreliable! Gas delivery never come on time, only received it after we chased them up 2-3 times a week for more than a month. One day we suddenly got a message from them saying they couldnt deliver anymore, because they now have 'bigger' trucks and couldnt 'safely' access down our driveway.We have been with Mata Gas for over three years now and we have observed that during delivery the gas cylinders were wheeled down the drive rather than the trucks coming down the drive. So we do not see how the different size of truck makes any difference. And if that was the case this should have been communicated to us far in advance (NOT nearly a month after we made an order) so that we could make alternative arrangements. This has put us in a very difficult situation as we depend on gas for cooking and hot water, but the delay means we have very little gas left and we now have to look for another supplier in a very short notice. Will not recommend them!
